To access our site:
Type the following address into your Internet address bar:     http://petmedfresno.dwddns.net:8080

Note: Only use Internet Explorer. Do not type www.petmedfresno.dwddns.net:8080. You only need to type the address as it appears in the bold print above.

In the window you will see a gray box in the center of the page - VMAX Web Viewer. At the login prompt, type in your user ID and password (you will use the same number for both).

Upon entering, click on connect in the top left corner. This will activate the cameras you have access to.

To view a specific camera, double click on the camera's image and choose full image. To display the image larger, right click. If the image freezes, double click back to grid image and press connect again, this should reset to real time.

If you encounter problems
Active X is the program that enables you to view video on your computer, make sure that you have enabled Active X to be used. You can do this by opening the Tools menu - Internet Options -Security Tab - Custom Level - And then proceed to enable every option that uses Active X Controls.

Mac, Safari, Chrome and Firefox Users: If you are unable to view this site, we recommend trying to access it on a different operating system.
