Appointment Policy
Walk-in clients are welcome, however appointments are preferred. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.We do offer early-morning drop-offs and late pickups to accomodate busy schedules.
Payment Policy
We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks. Third-party billing is available through CareCredit on-approved credit accounts. We also accept veterinary pet insurance claims and are happy to help you in filing claims for your pet's medical care.

Patient Arrival Policy
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
