Doggie Day Care

Due to the growth of our weekday playgroup, Pet Medical Center will be splitting our pack into small and large playgroups to maintain the safety of our Day Care participants.

In an effort to preserve the playful and stimulating environment your pets have become accustomed to, Pet Medical Center will be offering the following Day Care sessions starting October 1st:

Small Dogs (Under 30 lbs.) will play:
10am-12pm & 3pm-5pm

Big Dogs (30 lbs. & up) will play:
8am-10am & 1pm-3pm


Providing beneficial social interactions and environmental enrichment is our goal for our Day Care program. To maintain this atmosphere, it is essential for us to render an environment that is conducive to positive play. With the continuous influx of new Day Care participants and the changing roles within the playgroup, our pack personality is constantly fluctuating. Separating our playgroups will allow us to better tend to the transitions in pack dynamics and provide better social interactions for your pet.

- For the added safety of the pets in our care, we regret that we are unable to place a dog over 30 lbs. in the small dog play group.

- Pets under 30 lbs. will be able to play in the large group with a signed waiver. *

It is important for all pet parents to keep in mind that although Pet Medical Center & Spa provides supervised play, your dog still may acquire a nip, scratch or injury that requires medical care.

*It is especially important that owners of small pets understand that the large dog playgroup has much bigger dogs and a higher intensity of play and pack dynamics that may be a higher risk for a small dog.

• Full-day program, available Monday through Friday, with drop off from 7:00 AM and pick-up by 6:00 PM.
• Stimulates pet with mental and physical exercise.
• Provides socialization for your dog to prevent boredom.
• Great for dogs with behavior issues such as separation anxiety.
• Fun for your dog!
• Lots of individual attention.
• All dogs will be assessed for their ability to play with a group of dogs before being admitted to group play area.
• Nap time in individual cages with classical music playing.
• Bathing, grooming, veterinary services available while they are here.
• Doggie Day Care area is indoors and climate controlled.
• Ability to log on and watch your pet from the internet.
• Constant supervision by loving staff.
