Patricia Frost Finch, DVM, DAVDC

Dr. Frost is a 1979 graduate of Colorado State University.  She completed an internship and residency in small animal surgery and dentistry at the University of Illinois in 1982.  From there she was in private practice doing both referral surgery and dentistry in California.  She became a Diplomate of the American Veterinary Dental College in 1989 and was Treasurer of the AVDC and on the board of directors from 1995-2001. She started her own business in 1995, Veterinary Dental Consulting, based out of her home in La Center, WA.

As a mobile veterinary dental specialist she often goes into other practices to do more difficult dentistry cases as well as specialty type procedures like root canals, periodontal surgery and occasionally orthodontics.  This includes a trip to Fresno, CA every other month for a week.

With all of her experiences over the years she has become an expert in the field and enjoy teaching basic as well as advanced dentistry.  She truly loves veterinary dentistry and the knowledge that paying attention to what is going on in the mouth can be hugely beneficial to pet’s overall health and well being.  This is something she is passionate about passing on to others interested in learning.
